No, you can choose to cancel your subscription at anytime. There are no long-term contracts or commitments at all.

Do I need a web host?

Your account is fully hosted with Invanto. There's nothing to install and you don't need anything else.

Can I access RewardBurst app from anywhere?

Yes, RewardBurst is web-based application which means you can access your account and administrator area from any computer with a browser.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express only.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you're not satisfied with any Invanto product or service, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

What is transaction fee?

Invanto charges a transaction fee on all orders (on gamer & lower plans) that you process in any given month. This transaction fee is not charged for any order that is manually added by you in system.

Transaction fee is in addition to the credit card processing fee, which is charged directly by Stripe, PayPal, or whichever payment gateway processor that you are using. Payment gateways such as Stripe charges 2.9% + 30ยข per successful charge.

How do I pay the transaction fee?

An invoice, based on previous month's transaction volume, is generated automatically on 1st of every month. You will have time until 15th of the following month to pay the invoice. If invoice is not paid by 15th of the month, your sites will keep running and customers can access the customer area, but your access to admin area will be locked until invoice is paid in full.
