No, you can choose to cancel your subscription at anytime. There are no long-term contracts or commitments at all.
Do I need a web host?
Your membership site is fully hosted with Memberfactory, on Invanto platform. There's nothing to install and you don't need anything else.
Can I access CoachRack from anywhere?
Yes,CoachRack is web-based application which means you can access your schools, courses, and administrator area from any computer with a browser.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
Since there is a transaction fee in all the plans, a valid credit card is required. Your credit card will be billed only when you start processing live orders.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa or American Express only.
Do I own my content?
Absolutely! You always own your customers data and your content. We'll never market to your customers, and you can export your customers and content data at any time.
What happens if I cancel my membership fee, will I lose all of my data?
You can export your customers and content data at any time. You can take it with you and use it elsewhere.
What is transaction fee?
Invanto charges a transaction fee on all orders that are processed via checkout page. This transaction fee is not charged for any order that is manually added by you in system.
Transaction fee is in addition to credit card processing fee, which is charged directly by Stripe, Paypal, or whichever payment gateway processor you are using. Payment gateways such as Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge.
I've created a free course. Will I still be charged a transaction fee?
Transaction fee applies to only those orders which are processed through checkout page, and which are above $0. Moreover, all orders that you manually create from admin area will not incur any transaction fee.
